If you’re wondering why we didn’t share the list of games leaving PS Plus in May 2025 after April’s Extra and Premium lineup went live, it’s because Sony decided not to reveal it, for some reason. PlayStation LifeStyle is typically one of the first sites to pull the departure list from Japanese/Asian PS Store’s ‘Last Chance to Play’ section, but this time, the section has disappeared for some folks altogether.

List of games leaving PS Plus Extra, Premium in May 2025 expected in coming days

Sony typically reveals the following month’s PS Plus departures at the same time when the current month’s lineup begins rolling out. This time, however, the company decided not to do that. While this is unusual, it does happen sometimes.

May 2025’s PS Plus catalog refresh is expected to take place on the 20th, which is when the third Tuesday falls. That’s a little over a month away, so with that in mind, we expect Sony to share May’s departure list in the coming days.
