Requirements — Higher education (preferably in IT, management, or related fields);— Completion of project management courses;— Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.);— Familiarity with JIRA and general IT terminology;— Experience in creating documentation, manuals, or process descriptions;— Previous exposure to QA, development, or system administration;— Logical thinking and problem-solving skills;— Strong multitasking abilities and confidence in decision-making;— Independent, with strong communication and leadership skills;— Native Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate+ English.
