Nanoleaf has introduced the PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip, a compact RGB lighting solution that enhances desktop gaming and entertainment. The lightstrip syncs with your screen, casting dynamic lighting effects that match your display in real time.
The PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip connects via USB-C, eliminating the need for a camera or controller box. Once attached to your monitor, it mirrors colors from your screen, creating an immersive glow behind your setup. Whether you’re gaming, watching a movie, or listening to music, the lightstrip dynamically reacts to the on-screen action.
For music lovers, it also functions as an audio visualizer, changing colors in sync with the beat. With a Nanoleaf Premium subscription, users can unlock Orchestrator mode, which offers customized lighting moods for a more tailored experience.
Nanoleaf designed the PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip for monitors up to 32 inches. Its zigzag adhesive design ensures easy installation by contouring around the display. If your monitor is smaller, you can trim the lightstrip without damaging it.
Users can control the lightstrip using the Nanoleaf Desktop app, available on both Windows and macOS. The app provides access to over 16 million colors, dynamic lighting animations, and customizable ambient palettes.
The PC Screen Mirror Lightstrip is available for pre-order from Nanoleaf’s official store at $49.99. It is set to ship by the end of March. A small controller included in the kit allows users to turn the lightstrip on and off manually, providing additional control options.
