Google Pixel 9a Cases and Accessories
The post Google Pixel 9a Cases and Accessories appeared first on Android Headlines.

The Google Pixel 9a is finally official, after many months of leaks. And it’s the best sub-$500 smartphone that Google has ever built. Google has outfitted the Pixel 9a with a bunch of upgrades this year, including a new primary camera, the largest battery ever in a Pixel device, and an even brighter display.
Google also changed up the design this year, giving the Pixel 9a it’s own unique design. While the rest of the Pixel 9a got flat sides and a camera bar with flat sides, the Pixel 9a sports a flush camera on the back, and flat sides. While it’s still made of plastic, it’s still a good idea to get a case, a screen protector, and some accessories to make the most of your new smartphone. And we’ve rounded them all up into a single article here.
Best Google Pixel 9a Cases
The Google Pixel 9a combines impressive specs with a reasonable price point, making it one of the most compelling mid-range phones of 2025. But even with Google’s improved durability, protecting your investment with the right case is essential. Whether you’re looking for slim protection, rugged durability, or MagSafe compatibility, we’ve got you covered.
Spigen Thin Fit MagFit
Spigen has brought its Thin Fit case over to the Pixel 9a, including the Magnets for MagSafe. So for just $21, you can get a case in black or blue, that will work with the very many MagSafe accessories available on the market today. This is a pretty boring looking case, so if that’s what you’re going for, this is a great option. It’s a smooth case, with reinforced edges and corners, to help protect your phone if you were to drop it.

Ringke Fusion
The Ringke Fusion is a pretty popular case, and it’s back for the Pixel 9a. This is a clear case that is oil and dirt resistant. So it’s going to be able to withstand everyday usage. It has reinforced corners to protect your Pixel 9a, since phones do usually land on their corner when they are dropped. Because this is such a thin case, it does support wireless charging on the Pixel 9a. However, it does not add the MagSafe magnets, so this won’t add MagSafe to your Pixel 9a, unfortunately.
Amazon currently sells the Ringke Fusion for just $17.

TUDIA MergeGrip
The TUDIA MergeGrip is another pretty popular case that is back for the Pixel 9a. This one is a bit thicker than other cases, and does have a nice texture on the back to make it easier to hold onto your new Pixel 9a. This Pixel 9a case is great for protection, especially for those that are prone to dropping their phones quite often. Additionally, TUDIA does sell this case in a variety of colors, including: Black, Green Lily, Indigo Blue, Pine Green and Smokey Pink. This case is available for $25 on Amazon.

Spigen Ultra Hybrid MagFit
Looking for a nice transparent (ish) case for your Pixel 9a? Spigen has you covered with its Ultra Hybrid MagFit. This one has a teardown design don’t he outside, so it’s not really transparent, but does offer a pretty cool design that does look far different from the other cases on the market.
This is part of Spigne’s MagFit lineup, so it does also bring in the Magnets for MagSafe, so you can use theirs and other MagSafe accessories, all for $22.

Best Google Pixel 9a Screen Protectors
Google’s Pixel 9a does have some pretty good protection with Gorilla Glass 3, it’s still a good idea to get a screen protector to protect your display. As that can be the most expensive component to replace when it does shatter. Not to mention using a phone with a shattered display is incredibly dangerous. And you can protect it for just a few bucks.
Milomdoi Tempered Glass
Milomdoi has its 3-pack of Tempered Glass screen protectors available for the Pixel 9a right now. You’re getting three screen protectors, plus three camera protectors, all for under $10. Making it super affordable and giving you no reasons not to get a screen protector to protect your Pixel 9a. Keep in mind that the display is typically the most expensive part to get replaced if it were to shatter.

Best Google Pixel 9a Chargers
The Google Pixel 9a officially charges at a max speed of 23W, which is slower than the rest of the Pixel 9 lineup. But this means that any USB-C PD charger that charges at 23W or faster, will be perfectly fine for Pixel 9a. On the wireless charging side, the Pixel 9a is able to charge at 7.5W.
UGREEN 35W USB-C Nexode Charger
UGREEN has a tiny 35W USB-C charger that is perfect for the Pixel 9a. It’s also just $17. This charger is a 35W charger that also includes a USB-A port, for those times you need to charge something with an older cable. This does also have a foldable plug, making it great for travel, as you won’t need to worry about the plug getting bent in your bag. If you’re using both ports at the same time, the USB-C port will only do a max of 25W.

Anker Nano 65W
If you’re looking for a charger with a few more ports, the Anker Nano 65W is a great option for you. It sports two USB-C ports and a USB-A port and can do up to 65W total. This features USB-C PD and PPS, so it’s very safe to use for charging your devices. Both USB-C ports can output a max of 65W, while the USB-A is 22.5W max. Obviously, the more ports you use at the same time, the slower each one will charge. Using all three ports, USB-C1 has a max of 40W, USB-C2 is a max of 12W and USB-A is a max of 12W.

mophie 15W Wireless Charging Pad
This wireless charging pad from mophie does use MagSafe for connecting to the Pixel 9a. So you will want a case that has MagSafe support. But it attaches to the back of the Pixel 9a, and even has a kickstand which can be used for holding onto your phone, or propping it up to watch a video. That’s a really ingenious feature to have included. It’s also not too expensive at only $25.

Best Google Pixel 9a Accessories
These are all accessories that work great with the Pixel 9a (and other devices too). Ranging from smartwatches to earbuds, to everything in between. A number of these are going to be Pixel products, as they tend to work the best within the ecosystem.
Google Pixel Watch 3
Google announced its third Pixel Watch late last year, alongside the rest of the Pixel 9 series. It still starts at $349, however it now comes in two sizes – 41mm and 45mm. This means that those that wanted a larger size, can get that larger size from Google.
One of the advantages that the Pixel Watch 3 has over its competitors is the fact that it has Fitbit built in. Which is still one of the best fitness tracking apps on the planet, with all sorts of great features included. The Pixel Watch 3 is able to detect loss of pulse, which is new, and was just cleared by the US FDA.
Google does offer the Pixel Watch 3 in WiFi and LTE variants, with the LTE variant costing about $50 more. If you’re on Google Fi, you can connect it for free, which is really nice.

Google Pixel Buds Pro 2
After nearly 3 years, Google finally updated their “Pro” version of their earbuds in 2024. The Pixel Buds Pro 2 are more expensive, but they are the newest pair of Pixel Buds on the market. As Google have not updated the original Pixel buds or original Pixel Buds a-series.
These offer better active noise cancellation this year, and are much more comfortable to wear. Thanks to the different eartips in the box, these will fit everyone’s ears with ease. It uses a twist-to-adjust stabilizer that allows them to stay locked in your ears during workouts.
Battery life has also improved on the Pixel Buds Pro 2, with up to 8 hours of listening and up to 30 hours with the charging case, all with ANC turned on.

Spigen Ultra Hybrid Magnetic Wallet
If you pick up a case that adds MagSafe to the Pixel 9a, then this magnetic wallet from Spigen is a really good option. This comes in a slew of colors, including clear, teal, and gray. It can hold your credit cards, negating the need for carrying a wallet separately.
You can also add additional MagSafe accessories to this wallet, like a grip. Which can really add a ton of functionality to the Pixel 9a.

TORRAS MiniMag Power Bank
One of my favorite power banks is the TORRAS MiniMag, and I use it on virtually every phone that I have. Because it uses MagSafe, and most phones now have MagSafe support through cases, including the new Pixel 9a. This particular battery pack is super thin, and 10,000mAh. That means that it does not carry things like a kickstand or a display to show you charging speeds. But there are four LED lights to indicate its charge. And it’s just $65.99 (though it is typically discounted below $50).
