Hatsune Miku Nendoroid Plamo Model Kit Lets You Build a Figure

Good Smile Company announced it is now taking orders for its first Nendoroid Plamo model kit, which allows someone to build a  Hatsune Miku figure that looks like a smaller take on a Nendoroid. When finished, it ends up being about half the size of a standard one. It costs ¥2,650/$21.99, and it is expected to ship in August 2025 in Japan and early 2026 worldwide. So a Nendoroid figure is typically 100mm, which is just under four inches, and the Nendoroid Plamo model kit will build items that are 50mm (about two inches) tall. Unlike a Nendoroid, they will not come with additional face parts. They also will only come with one pair of hands. However, there will be some minor articulation, as the photos of this first one show someone will be able to turn Miku’s head, move her arms, adjust her twintail pigtail positions, and twist her hands at the wrist.  This will also be a simple style Hatsune Miku model kit. The initial photos show the five sprues, which hold 26 parts used to build the character. The ones with the face plate and torso top have pre-painted elements. The product page also confirmed there will be stickers for other accents. No glue is needed, but nippers are recommended to safely remove parts from the sprues.  Here’s a closer look at how the kit will look when it arrives.
