AMD's new Radeon RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 graphics cards have proven to be a hit with gamers, so much so that stock dried up almost immediately, and manufacturers started inflating prices above the $599 and $549 MSRPs. A new report suggests that AMD shipped over 200,000 of these new cards, but it's not entirely clear whether this number is to customers or retailers. AMD's new Radeon RX 9070 XT and RX 9070 graphics cards have proven to be a hit with gamers, so much so that stock dried up almost immediately, and manufacturers started inflating prices above the $599 and $549 MSRPs. In our 9070 XT review, we hailed this new AMD GPU as one of the best graphics cards that your money can buy. The issue, however, has been finding one to purchase in the first place, and even if you did, the likelihood is that it was at least $200 above MSRP.
