Can’t install Chrome on your PC? Google may have messed up (Update: Fixed)

Update, March 26, 2025 (10:48AM ET): Anyone in the middle of setting up a new PC is free to get back to it, as Google has now confirmed with Android Authority that not only is the company aware of this Chrome installer issue, but also shares that a fix for the error has been implemented.
