This week, the film adaptation of Supermassive Games' signature title, Until Dawn, will hit theaters. The developer's most recent game, The Casting of Frank Stone, was released last year, and we're not sure what's next for the team. But according to a new report, Supermassive was working on an ambitious Blade Runner game that was canceled while still in development. And it sounds like it would have been very intriguing.Via Insider Gaming, the game was called Blade Runner: Time To Live, a third-person action-adventure title that put players in control of a replicant named So-Lange. Unlike the vast majority of replicants, So-Lange has already outlived his expiration date and he works as a Blade Runner who hunts down rogue replicants.The game would have been set in 2065 in New Zurich as So-Lange's attempt to retire a renegade replicant named Rev led to a betrayal that left the player-character in rough shape behind enemy lines.Continue Reading at GameSpot
