As part of the launch, Samsung is offering some inaugural offers for the buyers of the Galaxy A26 and Galaxy A36 in the US. You can get a $150 discount on either phone by exchanging your old, eligible device. Furthermore, the company is offering a discount of up to 60% on the Galaxy Fit3, Galaxy Buds FE, and Galaxy Watch FE if you include one of these in your cart alongside the new handsets.

Prices and color variants

The Galaxy A26 is available only in a black color variant. Samsung has priced the phone competitively at $299.99. The company will start shipping the orders placed on April 1st. As for the Galaxy A36, it will set you back by $399.99. This one is available in Awesome Black and Awesome Lavender colorways, which will start shipping from April 1st and April 8th, respectively.

Key features of the Galaxy A26 and A36

Samsung has brought the artificial intelligence features to its mid-range lineup with the new Galaxy A series smartphones. Both devices have a suite of AI tools, which the brand is calling Awesome Intelligence. They come with AI features like Circle to Search, Object Eraser, and other smart functionalities.

Both the Galaxy A26 and A36 feature 6.7-inch Super AMOLED displays with full HD+ resolution. They also offer screen refresh rates of 120Hz and Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection. They boot Android 15 out of the box and will get up to six years of major Android and security updates.

Samsung has equipped the new Galaxy A series handsets with 50MP triple camera modules at the rear. They sip power from a 5,000 mAh battery, with the Galaxy A36 featuring support for 45W fast charging. Last but not least, an Exynos 1380 processor powers the A26, while the A36 model uses a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 SoC.
