AH Real Deal: Grab LG's UltraGear 34-inch gaming monitor for $260
LG UltraGear 34 inch Monitor Deal

Right now is a great time to be shopping for something like a new gaming monitor for your gaming PC, because Amazon’s Big Spring Sale is dropping prices on all kinds of options, like this LG UltraGear 34GP63A-B gaming monitor. This is a 34-inch ultrawide curved monitor with HDR10 and AMD FreeSync Premium, as well as several other great gaming features to enhance your PC gaming experience.

Normally, this monitor retails for $$399.99 at its full price. However, Amazon currently has it down to $259.99, which is a savings of $140. This isn’t the absolute lowest the price has ever been, according to CamelCamelCamel. However, it is within about $20 of that all-time low, which is still a pretty good price point for this monitor.

Now, aside from this being a 34-inch monitor it has QHD resolution and a refresh rate of 160Hz. It also features 1ms Motion Blur Reduction and a feature LG calls Dynamic Action Sync to help reduce the input latency. Another really nice feature is that this monitor has built-in speakers. Now, I will generally recommend you get some external speakers, a soundbar, or play with headphones because the sound will almost always be better.

However, if you’re like me and you have a console like the PS5 hooked up to your monitor along with your gaming PC, then you might run into an issue where you need to choose which platform is plugged into your external audio source. In this scenario, the built-in speakers are awesome to have because at least then you have some sound for one of those platforms.

LG also boasts an easy setup with a one-click stand so you can get right to gaming more quickly.
