Chainsaw Man: The Movie Heads to US Theaters in English in 2025

The official English social media account for the Chainsaw Man series announced that the The Movie: Reze Arc will release outside Japan in US theaters on October 29, 2025. It is part of the Sony and Crunchyroll CinemaCon 2025 announcements. This is just over a month after its Japanese debut on September 19, 2025.  The official reveal included one of the piece of Japanese art shared for the new film. While the full name of the film is Chainsaw Man - The Movie: Reze Arc, it is actually an adaptation of the Bomb Girl arc of the Public Safety Saga portion of the manga. This is the fifth part of that story and comes right after the halfway point of the series. As the name suggests, a newly introduced character named Reze is one of the most central characters in it. However, the latest key art only shows Denji as Chainsaw Man. Here’s the latest image: Sony’s announcement didn’t note when people can start reserving theater tickets in the US for the English release of Chainsaw Man - The Movie: Reze Arc. We also don’t know if there will be a dubbed version available, or if it will only be shown with Japanese voice acting and English subtitles. The first season of Chainsaw Man is streaming on Crunchyroll now. As for the manga, it’s currently in the Academy part of the story, and the Aging Devil arc recently finished. Viz Media handles its release outside of Japan, and volume 18 is due to debut on May 6, 2025.  Chainsaw Man - The Movie: Reze Arc will debut in Japan on September 19, 2025, and it will appear in US theaters in English on October 29, 2025.  The post Chainsaw Man: The Movie Heads to US Theaters in English in 2025 appeared first on Siliconera.
