Day 1126 : Laser

liner notes: Professional : A meeting got pushed back so I was able to start my day off with some coding. I added some requested functionality to a project that I worked on late last year. Got it added, did some testing and did a Pull Request for someone to review. I also got some Web Components to work in a Vue application that I've been updating to use a new version. I don't make a lot of Vue applications, so I used a start template from StackBlitz and added the Web Components to it. There's been some changes since I last made the application, so I had to look some things up in documentation and even asked AI, haha. I got it working though. My plan is to get one sample application either updated or created to the latest versions. I did the React application yesterday and looking to get the Angular one updated tomorrow. Personal : Went through some tracks for the radio show. Watched a bunch of videos on laser engraving 3D printed parts. I was doing that because I thought of a thing I wanted to do with this current project. Originally, I was thinking about 3D printing multiple colors for a part. By being able to 3D print a part and then laser engraving the design, I could save time and a bunch of wasted filament. All that research convinced me to purchase a laser module for the large format 3D printer. Also ordered some organizing items for the shed. So, a new 3D printer came out and it looks pretty good and has a bunch of things I'm looking for. It will be a good companion for the large format 3D printer so that I should be able to double up on different types of projects that I can achieve. So I placed an order and my credit card now hates me. haha It's a business expense. Been watching a bunch of review videos. Also heard back that the person I sent a test pressing to listen to has given the thumbs up. I also thought they sounded really good. I approved it in the vinyl company's portal so they'll start manufacturing the records. Like I mentioned late last night, early this morning, I bought a module to do some laser engraving/etching on 3D prints. Woke up this morning to see that the price has been discounted by a good amount! haha Luckily, they have a 30 day price match guarantee, so I found a form on the site and submitted it with my information. Thinking about it now, a bunch of stuff I purchased is still within the 30 Days, so I'm going to go through those orders as well to see if I can save some money. I'd also like to go through some tracks for the radio show. Going to get started! Have a great night! peace piece Dwane / conshus https://dwane.io / https://HIPHOPandCODE.com

Day 1126 : Laser

liner notes:

  • Professional : A meeting got pushed back so I was able to start my day off with some coding. I added some requested functionality to a project that I worked on late last year. Got it added, did some testing and did a Pull Request for someone to review. I also got some Web Components to work in a Vue application that I've been updating to use a new version. • Personal : Went through some tracks for the radio show.

A serene path winding through a dense grove of tall, slender trees with pale bark and wispy foliage. Sunlight filters through the trees, casting shadows on the dirt path and illuminating patches of bright green grass on either side. The time 5:17 is displayed in the center. The location is Papudo, Chile.

So, a new 3D printer came out and it looks pretty good and has a bunch of things I'm looking for. It will be a good companion for the large format 3D printer so that I should be able to double up on different types of projects that I can achieve.
