Samsung’s Odyssey G9 gaming monitor is currently on sale over at Amazon for a whopping 41% off, and that’s a discount you definitely don’t want to pass up if you’re looking to upgrade your gaming setup. Normally $1,599.99, the Odyssey G9 is now on sale for just $949.99. That’s $650 less than the original asking price, and quite honestly, that’s a steal.

The Odyssey G9 is a behemoth of a gaming monitor as it’s a 49-inch Ultrawide monitor. While it’ll take up a hefty chunk of desk space, it’ll also provide you with an amazing visual experience for your gaming sessions. The Odyssey G9 has a Dual QHD resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate. Now you’ll need to have a pretty beefy gaming PC to max out that refresh rate on a monitor of this size. But it’s nice to have if you’ve got a PC that can handle that kind of performance.

One of the better features is the Picture-by-Picture mode. This really only comes into play if you have more than one platform hooked up to the monitor, but if you do, it’s a feature you’ll definitely want to play with.
