Fresh intel suggests different launch date for Galaxy S25 Edge

According to a new report, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will launch on April 15. The information comes from Nieuwemobiel.nl. Do note that this launch date is for Europe, though.

A different Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge launch date was just tipped

A previous rumor suggested that the phone will launch on April 16 in Korea. So, something doesn’t add up. It would make more sense if it’s the other way around, so chances are one of these two reports is wrong.

The previous report came from a Korean outlet, so… it remains to be seen. Another thing is that we don’t know if April 15 is the day the phone will get announced or released in Europe, the source was not clear about that.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is coming in Titanium Icyblue, Titanium Silver, and Titanium Jetblack colors, as we’ve exclusively revealed. It will be available in 256GB and 512GB storage options.

All models will include 12GB of RAM, and the starting price will be quite high

Both of those variants of the phone will ship with 12GB of RAM. The pricing will start somewhere between €1,200 and €1,300 in Europe, so it will be more expensive than the Galaxy S25+.

We also know that the Galaxy S25 Edge will be only 5.84mm thick. So it will be considerably thinner than the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It will also include a much smaller battery, unfortunately, a 3,700mAh unit. That does not sound great, as the phone’s display is tipped to be 6.7 inches in diagonal.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite is expected to fuel the phone, while Samsung will use titanium in its build, allegedly. This phone will become the fourth member of the Galaxy S25 series.
