Samsung is planning to launch a couple of new mid-range Android tablets, including the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, soon. Ahead of the launch, the new Samsung slates have been the subject of numerous headlines. Recently, the rumor mill leaked the colors and key specs of the upcoming tablets through some marketing materials. Now, a retailer has revealed the alleged launch date of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series.
Galaxy Tab S10 FE series could see the light of day in a matter of days
According to a report, Samsung could launch the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ on April 3rd. Both the slates will go on sale in South Korea on the same day. The information has arrived just a few days after a retailer in Austria revealed the pricing of the upcoming Samsung tablets.
It looks like Samsung isn’t going to make a big deal about launching the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series tablets. There’s a possibility that the global or the US launch date of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE occurs on a different date than its Korean counterparts.
Key specs & pricing details already leaked
If recent reports are true, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10 FE+ will offer 10.9-inch and 13.1-inch LCD displays, respectively. Both will offer WQXGA screen resolutions and a refresh rate reaching 90Hz. Samsung’s in-house Exynos 1580 chip will power both slates. The company could offer them in 128GB and 256GB native storage variants.
In terms of optics, the new Galaxy Tab S10 FE series slates will offer a 12MP selfie camera with a wide 120-degree aperture. The rear lens will be a 13MP sensor with support for autofocus and an LED flash unit. Sources suggest that the Galaxy Tab S10 FE variant will sip power from an 8,000 mAh battery. Conversely, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ will feature a larger 10,090 mAh power cell.
Regarding pricing, sources suggest that retailers could offer the Galaxy Tab S10 FE’s 5G variant for around $735. Additionally, reports indicate that the Wi-Fi-only version of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ might retail for approximately $810. Samsung will offer them in various color variants.
